How do you tell if you have man-made tile or natural stone?
Man-made tile has a repeating pattern. Natural stone tiles are unique because no two stones are exactly alike. If you notice a variety of patterns, colors, or irregularities, chances are you have natural stone.
Do you seal tile?
No need to seal tile, but the grout should be sealed annually.
Do you seal concrete?
Yes, we do seal concrete to protect from stains, water damage, and wear.

What do you use to clean grout?
We use a mild detergent that will get the job done right for restorative cleaning. We use a strong detergent with a high pH and appropriate acid if only if necessary.
Can you get rid of the orange color in grout?
Yes, we can help remove the orange discoloration in grout. This discoloration is often caused by hard water, salt, and dust build-up, and our cleaning methods can effectively eliminate it. It’s a combination of using the right mechanical equipment, or scrubbing, and the appropriate chemistry.
Can you get rid of mold in the shower?
Yes, in most cases, we can remove mold from the shower and replace any caulk that has been affected. This ensures your shower looks clean and is free from harmful mold growth.
Do you clean stone, ceramic, and natural tile?

Our customers don’t need to be home as long as they can give us access.
How long does tile and grout cleaning take?
The time it takes to clean tile and grout varies considerably by the size of the area, type of tile and grout, and condition of the tile and grout, e.g. is there a mineral build up that needs to be removed. A small shower may only take a few hours whereas a whole house may take a day or more.
How much does tile cleaning cost on Maui?
